Zephirova Diamond Rolling Knife Sharpener™ – Sharp in 30 Seconds
The Zephirova Rolling Sharpener locks your blade at a precise 15° or 20° angle. Roll the diamond disc back and forth a few times, flip, repeat — and your dull knife slices paper again.
- Sharp in seconds — no whetstone, no soaking, no guessing the angle
- Two precise angles — 15° for thin Japanese-style blades, 20° for everyday Western knives
- Gentler than pull-through sharpeners — the guide holds the angle steady on every pass
- Save your knives — bring the ones you already own back instead of buying new

Your knife isn't bad. It's just dull.
Tomatoes squash instead of slicing. You press harder, the blade slips, and cooking turns into a fight. Most people throw good knives away — when all they needed was a proper edge.

Pro-level sharpening, without the pro skills
Whetstones work — but they're slow, messy and take years to master. Pull-through sharpeners are fast, but they can scrape and chip your edge.
The rolling sharpener sits right in the middle: the angle is set for you by the base, and the diamond disc does the work. You just roll.
3 steps. About 30 seconds.
Set the angle
Rest your blade against the base — 15° for thin, fine blades, 20° for everyday kitchen knives.
Roll
Roll the diamond disc along the edge 10–15 times. The base keeps the angle identical on every pass.
Flip & hone
Repeat on the other side, then finish with the honing disc. Test it on a sheet of paper.

15° or 20° — the right edge for each blade
15° gives a finer, sharper edge — ideal for thin Japanese-style blades like santoku or gyuto.
20° gives a stronger, longer-lasting edge — ideal for German and Western chef's knives, utility and outdoor knives.
Not suitable for serrated or ceramic blades.

Which knives can I sharpen?
Most straight-edged kitchen, chef, utility, pocket and outdoor knives in stainless or carbon steel. Not for serrated or ceramic blades.
How long does it take?
A lightly dull knife takes about 30 seconds per side. A very dull blade can take a few minutes the first time — after that, quick touch-ups keep it sharp.
Which angle should I use?
Use 15° for thin Japanese-style blades and 20° for most Western kitchen and outdoor knives. If you're unsure, start with 20°.
How often should I sharpen?
For daily home cooking, a quick touch-up every 2–4 weeks keeps the edge in top shape.
